Our services
We support organizations in developing and implementing Corporate Social Responsibility policy. We specialize in supporting organizations of the non-profit sector (international organizations, public institutions, and NGOs).
Corporate Social Responsibility Diagnosis
A Corporate Social Responsibility diagnostic aims to identify and assess the social, environmental, and economic impacts of an organization's activities.
One can carry out such a diagnosis to :
Assess existing performance: Examine the organization's practices to assess its performance in this area.
Identify opportunities for improvement: Detect areas where the organization could strengthen its actions to contribute to sustainable development - and ensure its own sustainability.
Meeting stakeholder expectations: Ensure that the organization meets the expectations of its various stakeholders (customers/beneficiaries, employees, investors/donors, institutional partners, local communities, etc.) in terms of social responsibility.
Comply with standards and regulations: Ensure that the organization complies with Corporate Social Responsibility standards, regulations, and best practices, where applicable.
The Corporate Social Responsibility diagnosis may involve desk review, focus groups, interviews, questionnaires, and on-site visits. It encompasses formulating an action plan that can be the starting point for developing a dedicated policy.

Our methodology is adapted from ISO 26000 guidelines.

Carbon footprint assessment
We offer this service as a complement to Corporate Social Responsibility diagnosis.

Such an assessment helps identify the primary sources of greenhouse gas emissions generated by an organization's activities and develop more impactful decarbonization-related initiatives in the Corporate Social Responsibility action plan associated with the diagnosis.
We carry out these assessments through Bilan Carbone© methodology.
Participatory gender assessement
Our gender assessment aims to analyze the various dimensions of the life of an organization from a gender perspective - both as an employer and a service provider. It is carried out through desk review, dialogue with stakeholders, and direct observation.
One main guiding principle is the participatory approach to facilitate collective learning and ownership.
A participatory gender assessment is a powerful tool that can initiate organizational change (in attitudes, policies, and procedures), enabling an organization to become gender-responsive or even gender-transformative.

We have adapted our approach from the ILO Participatory Gender Audit methodology.
